WASHINGTON COURTS
One factor that will play a significant role in the outcome of your criminal matter will depend upon the Washington court where your case is filed and your attorney's experience in that particular court. Every judge is different; both in personality and in his or her decision making. It is quite often the case that different judges located in the same courthouse will rule differently on the exact same legal issue. Therefore, it is imperative that your attorney know the different judges that you might find yourself in front of during your case. Your attorney's knowledge of the prosecutors who will be prosecuting your case is also essential. From the very simple tasks of knowing the best way to get a hold of each prosecutor to discuss your matter (some like talking on the phone while others prefer e-mail), to knowing their guidelines and beliefs for prosecuting each type of crime.
I have extensive experience and feel very confident representing clients in King County, Snohomish County, Skagit County, Pierce County, Thurston County and Kittitas County, as well as in the numerous municipal courts located throughout these jurisdictions such as Bothell, Issaquah, Kirkland, Seattle, Renton, Des Moines, Lake Forest Park, Everett, Lynnwood, Marysville and Federal Way. POINT ON any of the counties to the left for a complete list of the Washington courts where I regularly practice in that county. In addition, the court's homepage is linked for your convenience.
If you don't see your Washington court listed when you point on a county to the left, please feel free to
contact me to discuss your case and circumstances.
